Model: SS311 110mm 92.5˚ Access Bend Double Socket Our solvent weld soil pipe fittings, unlike push-fit pipe fittings, do not make use of a ring seal socket. Instead, they require the use of a solvent-based adhesive (commonly known as solvent cement, PVC cement, or PVC glue) to permanently join them to plain-ended pipes and other solvent weld fittings, and create a strong watertight seal. To join to a length of pipe, apply a generous amount of PVC cement to the end of the pipe (coating all parts of the pipe that will sit inside the fitting), before pushing it into the fitting in a twisting motion until the pipe reaches the 'stop' on the inside of the fitting. We offer a large range of solvent weld soil pipe fittings, available in either black or olive grey. All of which are manufactured using high quality, durable UPVC, produced to the relevant British Standard, and are size-compatible with all leading manufacturers. |
